Payment Options for
In-Home Pet Euthanasia
At All Pets Go To Heaven, we understand that saying goodbye to a beloved pet is one of the most difficult decisions a family can face. Our goal is to make the process as peaceful and stress-free as possible, including helping you understand your payment options.
We offer the following four ways to pay for your pet's in-home euthanasia services. We kindly ask that payment be completed before your appointment so that when the time comes, you can focus on what matters most: spending meaningful, uninterrupted time with your beloved companion. We want you to be fully present with your pet and your family without having to worry about handling payment during such a tender moment.
If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. This allows us to adjust our schedule with care, account for travel time, and continue serving other families in need.
There is no cancellation fee. We understand that circumstances and decisions can change during this emotional time, and we want to approach every family with compassion and understanding.
Our Accepted Payment Options
For families who prefer a simple and convenient payment method, we accept Zelle. Payments can be sent directly through participating banks and credit unions using our registered Zelle email address:
There is no processing fee when paying through Zelle. If a reimbursement is issued, no processing fee will be deducted from your reimbursement, allowing you to receive the full eligible reimbursement amount.

We accept credit and debit card payments through Stripe, a secure online payment processing service. This option allows you to pay using your Credit Card, Debit Card or Bank Account.
A 3.5% processing fee is applied to payments made through Stripe. Please keep in mind that if a reimbursement is issued, the 3.5% processing fee is non-refundable and will not be included in the reimbursement amount.
Scratchpay offers payment plan options for eligible veterinary expenses, allowing qualified applicants to explore ways to spread payments over time. Approval, available plans, and payment terms depend on the provider's requirements.
